IMPACT Make
Your Mark is a community based 'not for profit' organisation. It's
primary aim is to provide support, assistance, training
opportunities and employment to disadvantaged and unemployed
persons, including people with a disability.
IMPACT Make Your Mark is a registered training organisation and a
registered employment agency. The organisation provides quality
training, welfare and community services to the people of the
Bundaberg region.
IMPACT Make
Your Mark Board of Directors is comprised of a diverse group of
community members elected each year at a public annual general
meeting.
They take responsibility for strategic direction and employ the
Chief Executive Officer to manage the organisation.
The members of the Board represent a wide cross-section of
Bundaberg community interests. Current membership is:

Barbara Matt AM
(Chairperson)
Member since 1983. Barbara
has been actively involved in the Community Sector of Bundaberg for
many years, and in the past also facilitated training in the
Community Services industry at the Bundaberg TAFE. |

Mike Rennie (Deputy
Chairperson)
Member since 2005. Mike is
a retired employee of the Northern Territory Government, having
occupied senior positions in the areas of public housing, lands and
local government. |

Ron Hickman
(Treasurer)
Member since 1986. Ron is
a Retired Financial Planner, and long-term resident of
Bundaberg. |

Gwen
Coulthard (Secretary)
Member since 1992. Gwen is
a retired Bundaberg City Councillor and former supermarket
owner/operator.

Bruce Moller
(Director)
Member since 2002. Bruce
is the owner/operator of InStyle Pools & Spas and a former
Director of Independence Incorporated. |

Kev Hickey (Director)
Member since 2002. Kev is
a retired professional whose family is involved in fish production.

Paul Olsen
(Director)
Member since 2005. Paul is the Head of Department (Student
Services) at Bundaberg State High School. |
