TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

IMPACT Make
Your Mark offers a diverse range of training opportunities to adult
learners and school leavers mainly in the vocational areas of
Business, Information Technology, Community Services, General
Education & Training, and Rural studies. While the
majority of training provided by IMPACT Make Your Mark is
competency based and in accordance with the principles of adult
learning, IMPACT Make Your Mark ensures that trainers and staff
offer a supportive and caring environment for each individual
client. Personal development is an integral part of each
training program delivered, with clients demonstrating improvement
in the areas of:

motivation
•
general well-being and
energy levels
•
more goal
orientated
Competency
based training will be delivered in accordance with the needs of
key stakeholders and category of the training to be
delivered. Categories include trainees/apprentices under new
apprenticeship training contracts, fee for service clients, clients
in contracted training programs funded by state and federal
government, and employers involved in training contracts and fee
for service training for employees. Modes of training
delivery may include on the job workplace based, classroom based,
online distance or a combination of all three.
