IMPACT Make Your Mark’s
Disability Employment Services is targeted at job seekers
with disabilities that need on going support to gain and maintain
employment.
Our Employment
Network service works with people who want to and are able to
work in the open employment market or become self employed.
We also provide assistance through supported employment known as
Business Services which predominantly employ people with
disabilities in supported employment.
Our team work with people who
have a disability to prepare them for work that suits each persons
skills and individual needs. We provide specialised training,
job placement and appropriate on the job support. Each
placement is optimised by providing effective and relevant training
and support.
Through all our activities
encouragement is given to each person with a disability to develop
and maintain skills and to participate in activities that enable
them to integrate and achieve valued roles in the
community.
IMPACT Make Your Mark place a
high level of importance on the welfare of our client, the
jobseeker, and ensure that the person is matched with vacancies to
which they are suited & will maximise their
abilities.
It simply makes good business
sense to employ a person with a disability as:
