Recently this organisation
(Burnett Respite Centre) accessed IMPACT Make Your Mark to
assist in the recruitment of an Administrative Trainee, Certificate
III.
Staff in the Job Placement
Section of IMPACT interviewed potential applicants and provided us
with a shortlist of two, both of whom were interviewed. One
of these was selected for the traineeship and staff of IMPACT
informed all candidates of the outcome of the process. IMPACT then made
arrangements with the local Apprenticeship Service to sign up the
successfull applicant on her commencement with this
organisation.
IMPACT Make Your Mark will
be overseeing all off-the-job training required for the trainees to
complete Certificate III.
This organisation has
already accessed IMPACT in our search for a trainee, who is
currently completing her Certificate III at the same establishment.
The success of our current trainee and the support she
receives were key factors in our again using IMPACT to recruit
the lastest member of our staff.
