Money While it is the right of all Australian workers to receive award based wages, it may happen that the new employee cannot meet the work standard required. IMPACT Make Your Mark staff will assist you, the employer, to access a productivity based wage assessment tool through the ‘Supported Wage System’ and where appropriate, a wage subsidy may be available for a period of time. Service Guarantee IMPACT staff will continue to provide on-the-job support, ongoing evaluations and assessments of progress and performance for as long as required. Should problems arise, IMPACT staff will assist in addressing these and will work towards a mutually agreeable resolution.
