Mental Health Services
Is your life affected by adverse mental health moments? Talk to us, we can help.
Our staff at IMPACT understand and genuinely care. We take a multi-faceted approach to supporting people with mental health conditions, and we can talk to carers if required. Everyone experiences mental health differently, so the support we provide focuses on each person's individual experience, their strengths and what is needed to support a better recovery.
IMPACT's mental health services support each person and their family (including children), carers and friends. We offer personalised support, after-school activities, community education and referral to local support services through our three current programs:

Do I need to have a diagnosed mental illness?
No you don't. Just give us a call and we will arrange to meet at a time and place convenient to you. Our experienced support staff will determine your support level and needs.
What type of support do you offer and how can you help me?
Our mental health services are founded on a strengths-based recovery program. We want to empower you to make positive life changes. This may start with intensive support, and as you recover this will become less frequent. We also understand that recovery can be a long process and we will be with you all the way.
What could a recovery program look like?
We offer individual one-on-one support from an experienced worker. We also offer group social support, which may include outings, fitness programs, arts and crafts and community access, but only if you want to.
Are my details kept confidential?
Yes. We only share your information with your prior consent.
Our mental health services are funded by an Australian Government initiative.
