Our employment advisors

IMPACT'S professional staff will personally work with you to help you find the most suitable position available. We will discuss your past experience, work availability and expectations for employment, then match you to our already listed vacancies or support you through training to find what you're looking for.

IMPACT is also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), so there is access to accredited or non-accredited training, professional support and successful employment programs. This means you are getting the best available opportunities while you're looking for work. Our employment services are delivered throughout the Bundaberg region, including Bundaberg, Childers, Gin Gin, Monto and Eidsvold.

RESTART - Experience pays

If you're a job seeker who is 50 years of age or older, and you've been unemployed and on income support for six months or more, there may be a Restart subsidy for your next employer.

As a registered job services provider, we play an important role in promoting the program and working with employers. We want to see everyone get the job they want, and that includes you. Talk to us about the Restart subsidy and how we can help!

How much do your services cost?

Nothing. Our recruitment services are a completely free as we hold a current jobactive/jobactive contract.

Are there any incentives available?

Yes, there are several schemes available, designed to help employers take on and keep new employees. Speak with one of our Employment Team to discuss your needs and find out what assistance you may be able to access. One of the newer schemes is the Restart program which assists employers expand their business through taking on a mature age worker.

What ongoing support do you offer?

At IMPACT Community Services, we provide ongoing and additional assistance after taking on a new employee through our In Work Support Team. This specialist team ensures the transition into work for all parties is as smooth as possible, and will remain in regular contact to assist with any additional mentoring and training.
