Programs

IMPACT Make Your Mark administers a number of programs. All programs have a relationship to the overall aim of the organisation

The organisation currently operates the following programs:

Job Services Australia (JSA)

Job Services Australia provides support for all eligible job seekers. The new services offer job seekers real skills and more purposeful assistance through greater flexibility and more tailored services to suit their individual needs.
Employers have access to a diverse range of job candidates via professional and personalised job match services.

User Choice Contract with State Government to deliver training over five scope of registration areas – service includes workplace assessment, on and off the job training activities working closely with both employer and trainee.
Skilling Queenslanders for Work State Government funded work placements, job preparation, accredited training and support for parents and carers who have been out of the workforce for 12 months+ and for unemployed jobseekers 12 months+ (Conditions apply)
Job Capacity Assessment Assessment of clients to identify the appropriate program for Job seekers to enter.

Fee for Service Training

Delivered to a range of business and community organisations under Fee for Service arrangements.

Disability Employment Network Services Providing work preparation and employment support for job seekers with a variety of disabilities.

Australian Disability Enterprise

Program providing open employment and employment in an Australian Disability Enterprise (Recycling) for people with disabilities.

Post School Services Program

Working with individual young people with a disability to improve quality of life and develop practical life and employment skills.  This program focuses on transition from school.

Recycling and Collections

Collecting recyclable product, sorting, packing and selling.

Positive Start Parenting Program An intervention program providing assistance to young pregnant women or mums and their babies/children to develop sound parenting practices and nurturing home environments.
Get Set for Work Providing an alternative activity for young people 15-17 disengaged from learning and not connected into employment/training. An intervention program focused on linking with work or further education. 
Community Visitors Scheme Volunteer scheme to provide friends for isolated residents of nursing homes.
Australian Apprenticeship Access Programme Providing accredited training, job search assistance and personal support focused on linking graduates into traineeships and apprenticeships.
LINKS

This free service is aimed at Parents of Children with a Disability and Parents with a Disability and their Support Networks.

Providing Opportunities through Day Services (PODS) The PODS program is for young adults with a disability aged 18-24. The focus is on moving them closer to employment and/or training through providing daytime support.
Personal Helpers and Mentors Program (PHaMs) The Personal Helpers and Mentors Program is a new program that supports people whose lives are severely affected by a severe mental illness.
Mental Health Carers Support Service (MHCSS) This program is designed to support family members, friends and carers who assist and care for people with a mental illness.
