Jack Copeland’s focus at work hasn’t changed since the onset of COVID-19. Each day he does his best to help support others who need a helping hand. Jack is one of the Community Navigators at IMPACT Community Services.

While his focus remains the same, how he does his job has changed significantly. Jack said he delivered a lot of his support now over the phone or through video technology, rather than face-to-face. He said he also enjoyed being able to help those who found themselves isolated due to the current restrictions.

“Some of the things I’ve done include helping people who are isolated by getting their groceries and medications,” Jack said.

IMPACT has a team of specialists who can help you get through these challenging times.
