About the role As our People & Culture Officer, you will be providing human resources (HR) services to support: The employment lifecycle of our staff Volunteers and work experience students This role reports to our People and Culture Manager and on a day to day basis, you will be assisting with: Internal and external recruitment Onboarding and induction Maintaining employee data Employment documentation Payroll and remuneration Training and compliance Customer service Why IMPACT?
