This qualification equips individuals with the essential skills and knowledge required to enter or remain in the thriving disability services sector. At IMPACT Community Services, we offer a comprehensive training program that blends theory with hands-on practical activities. As an integral part of the course, students also undertake a 120-hour vocational placement at a disability support service.

As a registered NDIS provider, IMPACT Community Services goes a step further in creating an inclusive environment. We host various activities for disability clients, including Woodwork, Community Choir, and Art classes.

IMPACT's experienced trainers Gay Wilson and Robyn Green deliver the course with great enthusiasm and commitment.

Typical career paths for graduates of the CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) include positions such as:

  • Disability Support Worker: Provide direct care, support, and assistance to individuals with disabilities in residential settings, community programs, or their own homes.
  • Community Support Worker: Offer support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their community, facilitating their participation and inclusion.
  • Personal Care Assistant: Assist individuals with disabilities in their daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication management.
  • Disability Services Officer: Work in organisations that provide support and services to individuals with disabilities, coordinating programs and ensuring their well-being.
  • Residential Support Worker: Support individuals with disabilities in residential facilities, providing assistance with daily living tasks, recreational activities, and social engagement.
