THIS qualification provides the skills and knowledge required for entry in the disability services sector.

At IMPACT Community Services we provide training that combines theory with hands-on practical activities, plus a 120 hour Vocational Placement at a disability support service.

Graduates of CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) typically apply for work as:

  • Disability support workers
  • Personal care workers
  • Support workers
  • Respite care workers

Our experienced trainers Elise Cottam (above) and Stephen Cullum (below) have many years experience working in the disability sector and are passionate about sharing that experience.

Elise said she loved teaching and seeing the students grow during the 18-week course.

You may be eligible for training funding assistance through Skilling Queenslanders for Work (train at no cost to you), Certificate 3 Guarantee or other programs that offer government training subsidies for Certificate III courses.
