What is Foundations for Life?

The Foundations for Life program by IMPACT Community Services is committed to improving access to high-quality and appropriate antenatal and postnatal care for vulnerable and at-risk women aged under 25 years and their partners in the Bundaberg region. By addressing vulnerabilities, enhancing access to care, providing tailored support and education, and fostering collaborative partnerships, the program aims to create a healthier and brighter future for young families. Through Foundations for Life, IMPACT Community Services is making a significant difference in the lives of those who need it most.
