At IMPACT we provide a blended approach to training by combining theory, hands-on practical activities plus a 120 hour vocational placement at a community aged care service. Our focus is to provide quality training so that you can enter the workplace with confidence and a nationally recognised qualification in hospitality.
A Certificate III is the first level of post-school qualification shown to have significant impact on a person's employment and earnings. It is also often very useful when seeking work in the hospitality industry.
Frequently Asked Questions

What materials do we need to bring ourselves?
Just a pleasant smile! We provide packs, which include pens and all materials needed for your training to begin. You will be required to obtain a black or white top, closed-in comfortable shoes (for practical work) and long black pants or skirt suitable for working in the hospitality industry.
Can we continue the course if we get work?
Of course, and we encourage you to get work. Sometimes we can sign off on training components from your place of work. And we can always extend your course if you are working long hours.
Do we get paid for work experience?
No. Work placement is a course requirement to complete your training.
What will we achieve?
You will get plenty of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, and on completion of the training you will get your full Certificate III in Hospitality.
When do we start practical experience?
Once the basics are covered, which include hygiene and safety, we start the practical. This approach is very similar to industry work where you would undertake an induction before commencing work duties.
