IMPACT Community Services is a division of IMPACT Community Services Inc.

IMPACT Community Services Inc is committed to the collection, handling, use and storage of information in accordance with the 13 Australian Privacy Principles contained within the Privacy Act 1988 (C’wth). We understand that visitors to and users of this website are concerned about their privacy and the security of any information that they may provide. Unless you specifically provide us with your details, such as when subscribing to a service, enrolling in a course, filling in a survey or completing an online communication, we will not collect any personal information about you.

In order for us to improve our site and for statistical purposes, our Website Host makes a record of your visit and logs the following information:

  • user's server address
  • user's top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, etc)
  • date and time of visit to the site
  • pages accessed and documents downloaded
  • previous site visited, and
  • type of browser used.

Email: We will not add any details from your email to a mailing list and we will not disclose these details to third parties unless we have your consent or are required by law. Our Internet Service Provider monitors email traffic for system trouble shooting and maintenance purposes only. Your email may be forwarded on to various staff to action, unless your email specifically does not consent to this.

If you would like to access any supports or services on our website on an anonymous basis or by using a pseudonym, please tell us. If this is possible and lawful, we will take all reasonable steps to comply with this request. However we may be unable to provide the supports or services in question if we are not provided with the personal information requested.

Promotional Terms & conditions

MRF Competition

  • Anyone* is eligible to win the monthly $50 gift voucher.
  • Entries can be made either by presenting your name and number on one of the IMPACT Recycling Hub shop-a-docket receipts available from IGA, Everfresh, Kmart, Target & Big W Bundaberg.  Drop off the receipt when you visit the Containers for Change at IMPACT’s Container Refund Point, 78 University Drive, Bundaberg.
  • Or customers at the refund point can fill out an entry form when they drop off their containers at the facility.
  • The prize will be drawn on the first Monday of each month with the winners to be notified by phone.
  • The results will be published on IMPACT’s Facebook page.
  • If the winner does not claim the prize the voucher will jackpot to the following month.
  • This draw is run by IMPACT Community Services’ Communications Manager Adam Wratten.
*Staff of IMPACT Community Services and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this promotion.

Hinkler Shopping Centre Competition

  • Anyone is eligible to enter/win the competition.
  • Entries are made by answering the IMPACT Community Services’ survey at Hinkler Central Shopping Centre 3rd - 5th November 2020.
  • 1 free guess is provided upon completion of the survey per person.
  • The prize will be drawn on Friday the 6th November, winners to be notified by phone.
  • The results will be published on IMPACT’s Facebook page.
  • If the winner does not claim the prize within 5 business days, the voucher will be redrawn.
  • In the case of multiple correct guesses, a name will be drawn randomly.
  • This draw is run by IMPACT Community Services’ Communications Manager Adam Wratten.
